What materials do you use?

What materials do you use? We carry three kinds of linen, 100% Dacron Polyester, Satin (made of 100% polyester) and organza (made of 100% polyester). We are also currently looking at carrying Spandex Chair Covers.

Do you create custom order?

Yes we do! Prices will depend on what you want customize and the amount of material used.  Please contact us for a quote. 

Are your tablecloths seamless?

No, our fabric is only 1.5 m (60") wide. A round tablecloth will have 1 seam for 120" and 2 seams for 132" tablecloth. We are looking into getting larger fabric for tablecloths, however, they very hard to find at the moment. Update! Black and White polyester tablecloths are available seamless for up to 116". Orders must be placed by freight only. 

Is your linens machine washable?

Different washer/dryers can affect the linen differently. Our linens usually don't have a problem with the newer machines (front loaders), but if you are using older machines, we suggest you order a sample and try it in the wash first. We don't use any special chemicals to clean them. Most stains will wash out if they are not left on the covers/sashes for too long. 

Here are the general instructions for washing: (do NOT use hot water, a test wash is recommended.)

Polyester Linen - Normal wash in washer and dryer. Using an iron is more prefer than using a streamer.

Satin Linen - Satin fabrics can be machine wash in delicate cycle with cold water. Hang to dry unless you have a good dryer. With a new dryer, you can use Low Tumble Dry; take out immediately to prevent wrinkles. Iron on low (with steam) if necessary. Using a steamer is quicker than ironing and linens are static-free. 

When washing satin sashes, they are best washed in front loader washers. It has been reported that they sometimes get stuck in the agitator of the top loaders. 

Organza Linen - Hand wash in cold water; hang to dry, steam or iron on low if necessary. Spandex Linen: Use delicate wash cycle.  Cool water wash, rinse on cool/permanent press cycle. Use mild detergent.  Dry on extremely low heat.

Can I order a sample?

Samples can be ordered for sashes, chair covers, napkins and table linen (colours depend on availability). If you have a particular colour in mind, please order our swatch booklets. Individual swatches are ONLY available for brides who have placed a deposit with us. Please contact us to order your samples. Orders CAN NOT be placed through this website.
